Z Sync Belt Tensioner
Description
This is a very simple belt tensioner for the Z-sync modification on 3D printers. This one is specicifically for the CR-10S pro. In addition to the parts printed you will need: 2: 4mm ØX 10 mmLG bolts 2: T- nuts for aluminum extrusion (extras should have come with your printer) 1: Ball bearing from a fidget spnner or print out plastic bearing Print out the parts (washer is not shown in print) and press together. You can use crazy glue if you like. Press fidget spinner bearing on to stud. Add washer over bearing. Press this assembly into base. Screw base to top of extrusion. Adjust using slotted holes and screws. Real simple!
