Huntington County EMA Ear Saver (Covid-19, Corona Virus)

This design was made for the Huntington County Indiana Emergency Management in conjunction with Parkview Huntington Hospital nurses. Edit : Please double check which version you are printing for the correct layer height and perimeter. These "Ear Savers" are designed to use minimal material and to be a single use disposable item. These files will print "Ear Savers" for face mask wearers that are .6mm in thickness. They are flexible and comfortable to wear for prolonged periods of time. V5 (Version #5) Printers should be set to print ALL layers at .2mm Layer thickness. Best printed with 3 perimeters. Depending upon the shape of your print bed you might find that you can save print time by changing the fill angle to 90 degrees. V7.0 (Version 7.0) Printers should be set to print ALL layers at .35mm Layer thickness. Best printed with 4 perimeters. Depending upon the shape of your print bed you might find that you can save print time by changing the fill angle to 90 degrees.
