Back Scratcher Thingy
Description
My wife loves back scratchers but has a habit of sitting on the handle and breaking them. I decided it was time to print one. I tried lsc's design, <a href="https://www.thingiverse,com/thing:330936">Back scratcher</a>, first up but she found the rake head just too scratchy so I decided to modify it using a trace of my wife's last breakage and using it as an opportunity to use richgain's <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:27695">Lockblock - printable connector</a>. Using the Lockblock scad file I generated Lockblock's with different clearances. The block with 0.3mm seem to be the best on my Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus. I have included a test blocks to try before printing the whole thingy. You can use Tinker cad to remove and replace the joint pieces if you find a better fit than the 0.3mm clearance piece. Note: the shape of the handle is not symmetrical, you will need the pair of lockjoint's, not print one twice. I would suggest sitting the numbered end on the print bed. I used Tinkercad to edit and combine the different components. The three parts were printed standing vertically on the Kossel. Part 1 and 2 I used supports to stabilise the print. I printed with 4 perimeters and 10% infill.
