Anet A8 & AM8 X Carriage V2

Anet A8 & AM8 X Carriage V2

Description

From my first version, I changed things up a bit. For more precise bed leveling performance, I moved the extruder into the middle, and the probe next to it. Better bed leveling accuracy. Also made the fan mount modular so I can change it if I want. It also prints better. And last of all the 5015 fan now pulls unobstructed cold air straight in, so the part cooling air is as cold as possible. Features: Gain an extra 20mm of build height! (+10mm from version 1) 5015 fan duct blow directly onto filament path Allows use of the 30mm fan that comes with the E3D V6 Allows FULL VIEW of the nozzle (least obstructed) Designed to use the 5015 blower from TH3D (notes below) Hotend and EZABL probe are next to each other for best performance Uses original slider mounts For this you might need to buy some extra hardware. I haven't mounted it yet, but I KNOW there will be a couple pieces I will need to buy (bolts). I specifically modeled the 5015 fan duct to use the one that TH3D sells. It's the only company I buy from. Doesn't hurt that I work for them, too. www.th3dstudio.com Install the E3D hotend like you normally would. Then adjust the EZABL probe to the appropriate height above the nozzle. I put a lot of effort into this, and a little money for some Monster or my electric bill is always awesome!
