Traxxax M41 Boat Trailer
Description
I designed this boat Trailer for the Traxxas M41 Spartan. I printed it in PLA but highly recommend ABS or PETG. The Trailer has trailing independent suspension, functional Trailer Rollers and Ball bearing Wheel Hub. It’s far from perfect and could uses quite a bit of further refinement. I will most probably add in a jockey wheel and some guide poles on the side to help keep it on the trailer. I have not included the holes in the brackets for mounting yet but will do so in the near future. I encourage fans of this, to modify and improve on what I have begun. I drilled out all the holes for the threaded rod with a 3mm drill bit and the holes in the rollers with a 2mm drill bit. Other parts required to assemble are listed below 1) Frame is 10mm X 10mm Aluminium C channel. 2) 100m Dia Wheels. 3) 60mm 1:10 scale shocks with hard springs. 4) 3mm Stainless steel rod. 5) M3 Stainless steel Locknuts and washers. 6) 603 stainless steel ball bearings. You need to print out the below quantities 1 x Front 2 X Fender 1 X Hitch 2 X Hub 1 X Rear Mount LHS 1X Rear Mount RHS 1 X Shock Mount LHS 1 X Shock Mount RHS 1 X Strut LHS 1 X Strut RHS 1 X Strut Mount LHS 1 X Strut Mount RHS 6 X T bracket 14 X Roller Bracket 14 X Roller 2 X Bbearing (Plastic Bearing if you are not going to use ball bearing)
