Kral PB cocking lever friction lock

Kral PB cocking lever friction lock

Description

FLEXIBLE FILAMENT PRINT! This part adds a small amount of friction to the cocking lever when it is drawn fully rearward. stopping it from sliding forwards on it's own when the muzzle is pointed at a downward angle (such as at the ground for safety) making mag changes and use of single shot mags a lot easier and safer. This produces no discernible increase in cocking force and you barely notice it's there in normal use. it also acts as a "stiffnut" preventing the pivot bolt from coming un-done through use. FITTING: Remove cheek pad, un-screw cocking lever pivot bolt, place part in orifice below cocking lever housing attempting to line up with bolt holes (you may require a screwdriver to fully seat as part is a tight fit), replace cocking lever, re-fit and tighten cocking lever pivot bolt. Part Printing: Part shown and fitted to my rifle was printed on it's side (hole running horizontal) to get a smooth slope rather than stepped. 0.1mm layer height, 15-20mm/s (dead slow), low flexibility/firm TPU, no supports needed.
