Scaleable Reed Valve for Respirator EZ Build
Description
Print and assemble reed valve for respirators. Scalable model and dimensions can be independently modified from the Orchard link. Takes advantage of a glass print bed by printing mating faces downward. The idea is to have a mask with modular components, call it Swish Army lol The slot for the reed has a slight angle to help keep the faces tight together. Maybe tape or Vaseline will make the seal better. Probably PLA will work, reed thickness and layer height can be fiddled with, this reed here is 3mm so print max .1mm layer height, more plys should be better.
