FaceShield Slim with Forehead Protection (Compatible with 888 / 3x8)
Description
Another FaceShield, slim for faster printing and with a forehead-protection. The shield is compatible with A4 sheets and 888 / 3x8 punch holes. I've designed my own shield to be able to adapt it to changing material needs or feedback. The maximum height is 12mm, which fits some foamtape I got in spare for a little more comfort. There are two .dxf files for cutting if someone wants to be able to cut the shields on some machine. One for the main shield, which can also be made using a EU-puncher, a second one for the forehead protection. For the latter, two do fit on one A4 sheet. **Materials:** - The 3d printed parts should be made of PETG as far as I can say, but PLA is applicable, too. Inform your reciepients about the materials! - The main shield should be as clear as possible. I've found some PET-foil with 400um which works quite fine. - The forehead shielding part could be made of any easily cleanable foil. _It does not have to be transparent!_ - The elastic band is a default perforated elastic band. However, there's a hole at the end of the mount for some alternative bands if none are available. Please be aware: This Faceshield is __NOT officially tested, NOT certified or otherwise regulated__. __Feel free to print this version, but I'd be happy to be informed if it's used somewhere and get some feedback. You _can_ remix this shield, but it'd be much more worth if you'd give some feedback to get the changes integrated fast and available for everyone.__
