YakAttack LeverLoc Spacer
Description
I designed this block for the YakAttack LeverLoc system. For my kayak, the Pelican Catch 100 (also for the 120), there is a lip all around that won't allow me to install it normally. This is probably true for many other Pelican brand kayaks, so this may work with them all. Let me know! Rather than use a piece of wood like many others are doing, I designed this block that fits perfectly behind the leverloc "triangle" piece. You'll just need longer screws to install it. I use the HD system, so I had to purchase 10-32 x 1.5" bolts to reach all the way. If you aren't using the HD system, you will need self tapping screws at least 1" long. I printed mine in solid ABS. PETG would be fine too I assume, and you probably don't need to make it solid, but I did just because. I also made some "tunnels" on the back of it to allow water to flow through rather than sit on top of the spacer. Probably unnecessary, but why not. There is enough real estate for the anchor trolley eyelet to snap in under like it's designed to do. So essentially, your trolley will be 100% functional. I'll update this thing with installed photos when I'm done. I'm waiting on the longer bolts to arrive.
