designed to enable the compact carry of keys, a small USB stick, a whistle and a small fire steel. the whistle is actually cut off of a backpack buckle... it's the smallest functional one I found. you still need to drill the whole for the keychain connection and maybe adjust the tolerances for the USB stick support and whistle.
