Makers mask adapter and exhaust valve

I also added an adapter for this nice intake fitting : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4256244 So basically this a remix of the mask from one side and the intakes from an other ! The result is a fully functional mask, easy to breathe with almost no leak (even without any rubber or silicon added. With a exhaust valve, breathing is effortless, moisture is going out almost by the valve. Orientation holes allow to expire on your chest to avoid contamination of others...
