The common wire between heater and fan's is the POSITIVE wire. Please be aware that between the picture and the Gerber files the extruder wires are switched, Gerber's are the correct ones. For mounting the PCB to carriage you need to make 2 small holes, diameter 1 ...1.5mm and 5mm deep. use a solder iron tip or any metal wire with this diameter, you need to heat it in flame previously.
