Integrated Power Supply Case for SKR Pro v1.1, Raspberry Pi, TFT35 V3.0
Description
a remix of a JediRAMA's SKR 1.3 case that integrates with the power supply Power supply is a quite common 24V 15A as used on Creality Ender3. I upgraded to SKR Pro v1.1 and needed some more space, and decided to add extra features (still has mounts for an SKR V1.3 or V1.4) It uses the power supply lid for a top, and the fan happens to blow directly onto the driver chips. I use this fan connected to the controller, and another smaller fan in the bottom connected to the power supply. Addinal mounts for things like buck/boost converters, relay boards, and a PWM driven AC power board for my router. Back switch cuts AC power to the supply, front switch cuts power to the motors Raspberry Pi runs off a buck converter to 5.2V from the 24V power supply. I'll get more pics and links to parts up shortly 2020-07-06: added a quick duct design for the top fan to blow directly across the stepper driver heat sinks. not quite ideal as there may be a bit of a stagnation zone directly under the fan. but it does work better than nothing 2020-07-08: made a new fan duct that works much better and blows across each of the drivers evenly
