Anti-Roll System For Delta Rods Anycubic Predator
Description
This experimental system has been designed to keep the Delta Rods End Parallel and Straight during printing process, so they can works in optimal position. I've designed for Anycubic Predator Rods , but could works for printer with similar rods. This system doesn't work as a Rod Damper , it doesn't add lateral forces it works cause the flat section of the cable ties give them a certain resistance to twist deformations. for a complete set you will need to print 6 piece ( Part 1 + Part 2 = 1 piece ), no supports are required. I' ve glued ( 1 drop of super glue ) the 6 pieces on my original Anycubic Rods ( in the pictures the fish eyes are Igus ), but you can use also a biadhesive tape or a a little side screw ( there is a side hole to use this system). To lock the pieces I've used 250mmx4,5mm plastic cable ties, same cable ties are used as anti roll bar springs. These springs HAVE NOT TO BE TIGHT, the cable tie have to be loose ( only few "clicks" ) or you'll DAMAGE your printer. The 6 pieces have to be glued to the Effector Side of The Rods , pay attention to align the 6 Pieces with the fish eyes This is an experimental System and a Work In Progress Project, use this at your own risk .
