UK Royal Shield of Arms Coin Display Holder
Description
In 2008 The General Circulation Coins Of The United Kingdom Were Changed To Fit A Puzzle Design. These Coins Were Created By Matt Dent After A Public Competition. He Created A Design Based On The Royal Shield Of Arms, However Very Few People Realize That You Can Piece Together The Complete Shield Design As Seen On The £1 Coin Using The Other Coins In The Series. The Major Design Feature Was The Introduction Of A Reverse Design Shared Across Six Coins (1P, 2P, 5P, 10P, 20P, 50P), That Can Be Pieced Together To Form An Image Of The Royal Shield. This Was The First Time A Coin Design Had Been Featured Across Multiple Coins In This Way. Upon Returning From My Trip To England And Wales, I Wanted To Display My Uk Coins Within The Puzzle Design And Thus The Coin Holder Was Designed And Then 3D Printed. The Uk Coins Fit Nice And Tight.
