Ear Savers Stacked (0.2 mm layer heights)
Description
this is a remix of the Ear Saver - Quick Print where i stacked the parts using solidworks. This file MUST BE PRINTED AT 0.2 mm LAYER HEIGHTS. It is set up with 2 layer gaps at 0.2 mm layer height so please use that setting. Testing and production using these files has gone extremely well and they come apart very easily. NEW FILE: there is a new file of 16 stacked up instead of 8 in case you are like me and need to make over a hundred at a time on your build plate. Update: if you have the old file and saw this when it was 0.3 mm layer heights and had no problems-Good i am glad that worked on your machine if not and you want a better shot at making it work the file that is now available for download is for printing at 0.2 mm because the 2 layer gap size is 0.4 mm i have tested both ways and found that the time saved doing less layers is not worth on stacked parts for me if you want the other model back i still have it and can post it back up if needed but i would rather leave it as 1 file that wont waste your filament and has a high chance of working.
