Description
I remixed this design to increase printing efficiency. I maintained the hook shape, straightened the strap, made it longer and spaced the hooks so that they can be placed closer together on the print tray. I was able to move from printing 13 of the original in 1 hour 50 mins to printing 22 of my remix in 2 hour 10 mins. So went from about 8.5 mins per strap to 5.9 mins per strap. This is optimized for 0.3mm layer height and 0.6mm nozzle and should be printed with 3 walls so that there is no infill. I included the Fusion 360 file so optimizing for a different nozzle size is easier. My wife (a Doctor) and I think it is just a comfortable and functional as the original.
