Anycubic Chiron Back Z Brace
Description
First of all, you'll loose 40mm in printing height. This said, this is why I designed this Z Braces. I was constantly having this bad horizontal lines on all of my prints, always at a specific height. You can see what I mean by looking at the picture, the supports were printed before mounting the system. I've done the flow calibration again and It got better, but not enough, I was always having those lines at the same specific height. Conclusion was, my Z threaded rods are bent in more than one point. Looked around for braces but couldn't find what I wanted because I didn't want to dismount anything and didn't want to print something ugly ;) Then I decided to design my own braces, I never printed over 400mm in eight so I thought to design something to print and mount without having to take the printer apart and was good looking too. As You can see in the Cube test print, It works. You'll need: - 2 x M12 threaded rods 630mm - 8 x M12 nuts - 8 x M12 washers - 16 x M5 Tnuts - 16 x M5x12 bolts
