Pratt & Whitney R-4360 Wasp Major
Description
This is the Pratt& Whitney R-4360 Wasp Major radial aircraft engine. This engine is the largest mass produced aircraft piston engine, it has 28 cylinders and produced over 3,000hp and there was even an augmented variant that produced 4,300hp. This engine was used on aircraft such as the B-36 "Peacemaker", Boeing B-50, Boeing 377, and many more. I designed this model because I could not find any free models of this engine that looked half-way decent; so I decided to make my own.This is a work in progress, so it's subjected to change. I plan on also modeling other famous engines such as the R-3350 of the B-29, the R-1820 of the B-17, and others. I also plan on doing jet engines in the future such as the J-58 used on the SR-71 Blackbird. Bear with me as thingiverse is not co-operating and I had to add a dummy file that has nothing in it in order to upload this, none the less, enjoy!
