Universal Adapter for Filler Filament Holder, 0° 45° 90° degree with Creality Metal Holder

I needed a 45° adapter that is compatible with the Filler System (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3020026). So I drew one ;) The adapter can be mounted in 45° steps in the original metal holder from Creality. See example photos.
