Easy and simple to print face shield mask for personal protection against COVID-19 and other diseases. Although the whole face shield is cheap and disposable (cost = ca. € 3.5 or 3.9 USD) the whole design can easily be broken apart and disinfected for reusal. EU design (4 holes) based on the Prusa Face Shield RC3 design. !! NO COMMERCIAL USE !! ==> Please print as much of these shields and spread them to the nurses, paramedics, doctors, etc. around you. Of course you can ask your production costs back to them but you shouldn't sell them for more than € 10/each. Personal protecton is a basic right for everyone so please help everyone to achieve this! Used materials/face shield: - Prusament PETG: 70 - 80 g - PMMA shield (0.5 - 0.75 mm; 240 mm x 240 mm): 1 - Elastic bands (25 mm wide): 1.4 meter - Energy consumption (Prusa i3 MK3S): 0.65 kWh Total printing time/mask: 4.5 hours Print settings: 30 % infill and 0.3 mm/layer (draft) Total assembly time: 10 minutes Total price: € 3.5 or 3.9 USB per mask The "Face_Shield_Complete_Broezie.3mf" file contains all necessary parts to print 1 mask. The exported gcode by this file can be found in the "Face_Shield_Complete_Broezie.gcode" file. Note: This design was based on the already existing Pruse Face Shield RC3 design. The design can be copied and adapted if desired but cannot be used for any commercial purposes. Makers are allowed to print the mask and spread it to doctors, nurses, paramedics, etc. for a minimal amount of money (max. € 10) in order to pay back their production costs. This face shield was developed in order to help protect humans against the spreading of viral infections and any other infectious disease. So far however, no tests have been performed to verify this.
