Vauxhall Astra Led Headlight Cap
Description
Voxhall Astra Led Headlight Cap designed for led headlights that are too long (due to their heat sink and fan assembly) for the factory cap to fit on. This Design accommodates for a longer LED headlight. This design integrates the o'ring from the original cap to provide some splash and dust resistance. I printed mine with 0.16mm layer height and 20% infill. The top overhang requires the part to be printed with support material however this is quite hard to remove afterwards, but it does the job.
