Vax Vacuum V-020 Side Clip
Description
This is a clip for the Vax-020 wet&dry vacuum cleaner. I didn't try to exactly reproduce the original part in order to make it easier to design and print. (One of the photos shows the original part which I had attempted to repair) The resultant part is much stiffer than the original but works well. While the main part can have a relatively low infill percentage I think the "tang" needs to be solid. To replace the clip there is a You Tube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9D-Mh8HNx7U that is a useful reference. This video is not mine and shows how to replace the motor on a similar model but the assembly is the same. To replace the clip it is only necessary to remove the large securing bolts. It is not necessary to undo any electrical cabling.
