L Bracket 2020 2040 profile
Description
L brackets for connecting 2020 and 2040 profiles at 90 degree angle. The parts are designed with slots for better aligment of the profiles. A few chamfers are added to make the printing more forgiving for certain artifacts that could compromise the alignment. There is 0.5mm offset from the side of the profile so that there is clearance if you need to stack a few together or there is something else on the side. The parts can be printed with and without supports. The only elements that might need support to increase accuracy are the small pins that align the profiles. The can printed without support however you may see a little drop on the first few layers of the pins and this may cause a missalignment of the profiles. The slopes on the inside of the bracket are perfecrtly fine to be printed without support. I used rafts because It gives me the correct size on Z axis and reduces the elephant foot effect. If you don't experience such issues like I do go without rafts.
