Y-Axis Belt Tensioner for Sooway SW-200 and compatibles
Description
This is a remix of "3d printer belt tensioner" by ElectWand6 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2481053 Its a Y-axis belt tensioner for the SW-200 and compatibles, such as the Kingroon KP3 and the Sunpion Mini S200. This reuses the existing pully, screws, and nuts from the OEM Y-axis belt holder. Recommended printing in ABS or stronger material and 100% infill for best results and durability. Also, remember to scale up by 2% to account for parts shrinkage while cooling. A nut holding tool is included as the 2 nuts used to secure this can be a pain to hold. Edit: forgot to add the endpiece. It's in the download section now. You can also find it in the "axis_belt_tensionerand_tool_assembled.obj" file.
