Grohe 28637XX0 Relexa Coupler / coupling for shower head/hose

Grohe 28637XX0 Coupler <br> My shower hose was leaking and it was nearly impossible to remove the Grohe coupler from the hose. <br> The Allen key kept slipping as the material around it just kept expanding. I had to use another pair of pliers and grip it along the circular "skirt". This resulted in cosmetic damage to the coupler. <br> The area that provided support to the Allen key was a small section near the front! Hence, the material kept expanding around it. <br> In this design, 1. I made the hex hole run all the entire length of the coupler for added support. 2. In case you don't have the correct Allen key, I've replaced the "skirt" with a Hex nut support. <br> If you can't find the appropriate 'O' ring, just use plumber's PTFE white tape to wrap around the 'O' ring area. About 15mm diameter worth would be sufficient. <br> To generate the threads, I used the TSM Generic Thread Generator by Tyler Montbriand 2019. http://burningsmell.org/3d/lib/tsmthread/tsmthread4.scad <br>
