Detachable Magnetic Microphone

Detachable Magnetic Microphone

Description

You will need 2x 3x6mm Neodymium magnet, a cheap lapel mic and a well tuned 3D printer! I used 3M VHB tape to attach the clip to the headphone, it seems to be holding up well! I used the M0 command to pause the print to allow me to insert the magnets. With Ender 3's and similar metal shrouded hotends, you may need to use a dab of superglue if the magnet sticks to your hotend. The only supports needed are for the curvature of the microphone boom, you may be able to get away with no supports, but I used some. I've uploaded my G-Code if you want to take a look or give that a try, but as always, it is at your own risk as this is specific to my 3D printer. https://youtu.be/KoI1vWjHjYo
