Description
4" Toothpick Frame in two versions, one with mounts and canopy for electronics i used, or just the frame itself with mountingholes for 26.5x26.5mm FC. Used electronics, BetaFPV Toothpick FC 20a V3 BetaFPV custom. Eos2 fpv cam BetaFPV A01 VTX FrSky XM+ Rx 1407 3600KV Hglrc Flame ( mountingholes D12mm) Dalprop 4045 two blade How to build/what u need: Using screws to connect carbon to printed parts is better if you have to change broken parts, using glue will save a bit weight but will cause problems when repairing. * Parts/steps needed if you are using screws are marked like this * All screw holes where the carbon rods are connected to the printed parts need to be cut a M2 thread, using a M2 steal screw to cut threads works great. Motorscrews : 8x M2x8mm, 8x M2x7.5mm (make sure your screws dont touch motorwindings/ motor holes towards the FC are designed 0.5mm shorter) * Fcmount + tpu shim + 4mm carbonpipe (picture): use the TPU-shim together with 4x M2x3.5mm aluminum or steal screws. be gentle with pressure dont turn it all the way in, just make sure the carbonpipe isnt moving when you pull slightly. * Motormount + carbonpipe: 12x M2x3.5mm Nylon screws, again slightly pressure, we wont harm the carbonpipes. Fc mounting : Screw, 4x M2x10mm Nuts, 8x M2 (Screw>printed FC-Mount>Nut>FC-Softmount>Nut) extra parts needed for full build: 2x M2x6mm spacer + 2x M2x7.5mm screws (, connecting Back+Cammount to Fc-Mount on the left and right side) 1x M2x8mm spacer, 1x M2x6mm screw (connecting Back to Fc-Mount) 1x M2 Nut, 1x M2x6mm screw (connecting front of cam-mount to Fc-Mount) 2x M2x6mm Screw ( connecting Canopy+ Vtx-Mount to M2x6mm Spacer) 2x screws 1.2mmx5mm with selfcutting thread for the Vtx Pultruded Carbonpipes: D=4mm d=2.5mm length=78mm D=3mm d=2mm lenght= 99,59mm max size tolerance in length is -0.2mm, best ist to be as close to written lenght or slightly below. little build-vid for VTX/RX/Canopy at the end of the post. https://www.instagram.com/p/B_stdp2qi_l/ Frame Build https://www.instagram.com/p/B-9gIpXqcYM/ All parts together with 850mah4s Lipo is 247gramm.
