1-way valve for DAR filters
Description
This is model of 1 way valve that can be used with medical filter to prevent airflow from the mask back to filter. It makes breathing in decathlon-like masks a little more comfortable. There are files for 2 membranes - decathlon - uses same valve membrane as already used in decathlon mask (can be bought separately from decathlon as a repair kit). - 3M - uses membrane 3M 6889 thas is a replacement part for 3M 6000 series masks For each membrane type there are 2 version of membrane holder thickness - normal 10mm - short 8mm For a complete valve You need 'a' and 'b' parts and a valve membrane. For 3M versions You can silicone cast own membrane using this mold: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4389047 I recommend 10mm version, but to save a filament a little bit 8mm should be also fine
