In the process of upgrading my eBay / k40 CO2 (40 Watt) Laser (see more here: http://diy3dtech.com/purchase-laser/ ) we had to cut back the vent which left sharp edges so we designed up this cover to prevents cuts as well as it looks a lot better too!
