Pen blank holder for bench drill vice jaws
Description
I designed this to hold my pen blanks vertical for drilling. It fits perfectly into the jaws and is centered via the central column which slides below the vice jaw. I have included the fusion 360 file so it can be altered. Printed 2 , one for each side as you can see in the photo. The cross member is 70mm width, but could be cut down a little. It is 23mm depth. As I wanted a lip on it that sits on top of the jaw itself.Adjust this according to your vice jaw depth. The tail is 21.5mm width. My vice jaw has about a 22.5 gap, and this has to sit in that gap. Adjust as necessary. Printed on Anycubic Mega S .03 layer height. infill 50% (although you might want this higher for strength?) I've put my logo on this in the picture, but it isn't in the downloadable stl.
