Modified Fan Mounts - Heat Sink and Part Cooler

V4 is NEW: I have reworked the inside of the duct and should be smoother with better airflow now, See Section Slice Images. I removed the V3, they are not worth having. I have been trying to get two things here.. one the ability to remove part cooling fan while still having the heat sink fan on and attached.. to work on hot end while heated.. 2nd direct airflow more towards the nozzle area.. I haven't mounted the Volcano Hot end yet.. from what I have heard its 8.5mm longer.. and this is 8mm below current nozzle.. I have mounted fan and tested with a flame its got a great blow effect should be good.. maybe to much air? but I assume easy to turn down fan.. I am not happy with my own prints so far.. close enough to measure.. and guess would work.. just not clean. Next Project is to upgrade Extruder and Hotend.. BMG with Cooperhead seems like best bet.. the Copperhead has little more Flow as a Volcano, and has vertical adjustment which would allow adjustment between Right and Left as an IDEX needs.. and is capable of very high temps with correct measuring devices.. check out Slice Engineering to learn about them.
