comfortable face shield with size adjustment knob and overhead strip

Description

face shield "employee of the month" edition (for 40x20cm foil) =============================================== I tried to get hold of a face shield, but the regular type (with overhead fastener, adjustment wheel in the back and what you get normally) seems to be completely sold out, only the ascetic type with a forehead bow and backhead strip seem to be available :-( So i decided to sacrifice my last PETG spool for a nice shield, just to find that i couldn't find any "regular type" designs. So here is my take on face shields. **No other parts (exept the foil 400x200mm) are needed** for assembly, though a dab of glue is recommended to firmly fix the forehead piece and the around-the-ear peaces ("Ringverbinder") to the assembly blocks ("steckblock"). the holes can be punched into the foil with a regular european hole puncher, you punch one pair of holes in the middle of the edge "freehand", for the outer holes you put the hole puncher to setting "888" (instead of e.g. "A4") to put them at the right distance from the corner. Assembly might be a bit confusing, this is a sneak preview, assembly instructions will hopefully follow ASAP. The license is ofc again CC0 :-), however you are kindly requested to remove the branding from the forehead bow if you decide to make a derived creation with significant changes. 2020-05-15 update: The version uploaded on 2020-05-14 had a bugged "out_Steckblock_2pcs_Meshed.stl", i fixed both the .stl and the .FCStd, sorry for inconvenience 2020-05-23 update: I changed the forehead piece for improved user safety, the old design was prettier, but might constitute a serious risk of injury in case a covidiot slaps your head with a bottle of IPA from the side. The bridge between the shield holding arc and the forehead arc is now diagonal, so, in case of an accident, it will bend (instead of beeing a pointy hard thing directed towards your head). 2020-05-25 update: I made the rack piece (out_Zahnstange_2pcs_Meshed.stl) a little bit tighter on the gear to prevent it from skipping teeth.
