Description

This is a customizable tip for churro / cookie machines that work as plungers, but it should work also with pastry bags (fully customizable, with OpenSCAD code). It allows the creation of hollowed churros that you can fill with "dulce de leche", pastry cream or any marmalade. The source file (perfiles1.scad) has two ready-to-use modules and the corresponding STL: * hueco1: Based on existing models, it has a plug in the center (which makes the hole), supported by three rods. * hueco2: My own design, the plug in the center is floating; also supported by rods, but they are floating. I tested with 25% of infill and it work great. And, there is estrella1() which makes a common churro tip with no hollow. Also, there is ciego() module (which makes a closed tip) and an abierto() module (which makes only the ring of the tip), both can be used to create own tips. If you're interested in customize the sizes: • D0: Outer diameter. • D1: From D0 to D1, the height is H0 and is plane. • D2: Inner diameter. From D1 to D2, the height increases from H0 to H1. • D3 and D4: diameters for star. • D5 and D6: diameters for plug (D6 makes a hollow in the plug, so it becomes a ring). • H2: Height of cylinder (plug) in the center. • H3: Height of cylinder which is connected to rod in hueco2(). • N0: Number of points of star. • NR: Number of rods. • L0: Width of points of star. NOTE: Remember that crude 3d prints are not recommended for food making.
