Reusable Respirator - 0.8 mm nozzle - COVID-19 breathing mask - Dean's task mask
Description
optimized for 0.8 mm nozzle Original: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4350304 Mask I tested all available printable respirators and collected feedback. This mask solves most issues I encountered. The shape fits most people. I included several sizes (S, M, L). Still I recommend heating up the edge with a hairdryer and mold them to your face. Strap + Clip The touching of the mask or hair while putting it on can be prevent, by using a sewing elastic band and the clip, as seen in the Picture. Filter The filter material needs to be at least 50 x 65 mm (> 0.3 mm thick) / 2'' x 2 1/2'' (> 1/64'' thick). The filter itself seals the cap. I recommend pieces of medical face masks. Vacuum cleaner bags can be used to, but you should make sure, that the brand you are using contains no harmful materials. The denser layer should face the wearer. The edges shouldn't be exposed to the wearer sterilization wrap is basically the same material as medical face masks, but in a bigger format. Two layers or more of 100% cotton cloth is a save alternative.
