Darth Vader Mask - Snap together (Remix)
Description
Use the dark side of the force to fight those pesky Covid Virions! This is a Darth Vader face mask. It prints with no supports! And snaps together! Of course, for a proper mask, you can attach something behind the mesh. Say a piece of cloth, cheese cloth, or bits of an old mask. During assembly You might still want to put a dab of super glue at the end corners once you snap it together, I find a 100% print too large for my face, I use 90% myself. For extended wearing, I strongly suggest you sand the mesh smooth, as you chin rests against it and otherwise it begins to tickle. You might even try putting a bit of stick on weather stripping under the nose, for more comfort. It is a remix of Reedy26's excellent no support mask halves. I added a couple of snap joints that align the two halves. 5/21/2020 - Reoriented the bottom half to print properly.
