Arris SB6190 Rack Mount - Fan cooled

A remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3690500 and similar to my https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4326937 This is a 19 inch rack mount for an Arris SB6190 SurfBoard cable modem. It has an integrated fan with a regulated power supply. A nifty Blue LED lights up the fan from the rear. The Rack mount is divided into 2 halves. One half has the modem mount, fan, power supply, and a single keystone mount. The other half has multiple keystone mounts. Two versions are supplied. Version one has a keystone mount integrated with the modem mount. The opposite side has 9 keystone mounts. Version 2 is a slightly shortened modem mount without a keystone mount. The opposite side has 10 keystone mounts. This version is intended for smaller printers and requires a bed no larger than 220mm x 220mm. While fairly quiet I wouldn't want it in the bedroom. Like most fans this one is rated for 4.5-13.8 VDC. Many wall-wart type power supplies output 16+ volts unloaded which can let the magic smoke out so I added a small switching regulator from Pololu. The power connector is a 5.5mm × 2.1mm plug which is not the same size used on the SB6190 modem. If a regulated wall-wart is used then use the unregulated version of the power supply board assembly.
