BMG E3D extruder carriage with inductive sensor mount

EDIT****2020-10-19 I have abandoned this design in lieu of something more user friendly. I had difficulties taking this one apart for service, and I think it was just to big and complex. New design here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4627979 This version of the original changes the orientation of the part cooling fan so the air comes from outside, and gives the ability to add a sensor mount of your choice. Adding the sensor mount directly to the piece has proved problematic when they break or you change the sensor size. Since I use an 18mm inductive sensor, I've included a file to mount an 18mm sensor.. The BL touch is still supported in this design, I would suggest printing with supports, even though it does mean a lot of cleanup. I made a minor change to the inside of the hotend cooling fan part,(Fan_1 V4) it left a lot of air flow on the top of the hotend. I did what I could to minimize that air flow by adding a bit of material there. This part was printed in ABS since it's close to the hotend.The hard part was securing this fan assembly to the hotend/carriage. I used a small piece of sheet metal from some flashing and drilled a couple of holes in it so I could secure the fan portion to the sensor mount.
