uni Nano Dia Pencil Lead Holder
Description
Description ----------- This is an organization tray for some of my pencil lead cases, specifically, my uni Nano Dia cases. This design was created because of a few issues. These pencil lead cases are very smooth, and having so many, they kept sliding around in my drawer, often going under other objects, and around on my desk if touched. In addition, the shape of these cases made it difficult to stack and remain stacked. Thus, I desired a tray that made the different leads easily accessible (mine are different colors), prevented them from moving, and would take up a smaller footprint than they otherwise could. Print Settings -------------- These are the settings & material I used for the print shown in the picture. I printed ASA with a 0.6mm nozzle with 0.3mm layer heights. The ASA was printed at 240C on a 100C glass bed with an acetone-ASA mixture lightly wiped onto the surface. Layer cooling was included with a fan speed driven with approximately 30% of the full 24 volts available for the fan. It was printed in an enclosed environment with the air inside at approximately 24% humidity and 38C. The surface was scrubbed with a brass brush giving the one in the photo a very matte exterior. License & Legal Disclaimer -------------------------- Note: the text "uni Nano Dia" is not for advertising purposes, but for specifying that the tray is for these types of lead cases since their shape is unique (and thus, the tray is uniquely intended for them). I do not posses any specific license to use either "uni" or "Nano Dia", and their use is assumed to be the same use when showing the cases themselves which also have this name printed (specification and categorization purposes). License: Thingiverse is extremely simple and limited in their license specification options, and results in a confusing, ambiguous, and improper way to attach licenses to these objects. While this Thing is stated to have attached with it a BSD License, the actual license is a derivative of the 3-clause BSD License, and it is given below.
