Ender 3/Cr10S Pro Dual Gear Extruder for Flexibles
Description
This is a flexible filament mod for the CR10s Pro extruder, this should work on the CR10s Pro and the Ender 3. It works great with bowden or direct drive setups. I designed it to reduce the empty space between the extruder gears and the filament path, this reduces the chance of TPU getting pushed out near the gears. I am now able to print TPU at speeds up to 25mm's for outer walls and 50mm/s for infill with retraction tested up to 4mm. Important: You will need to place a small section of PTFE tube inside the extruder, make sure you cut it flush against the plastic. You can see this in the images. There is also threading for the coupler.
