Absaugadapter C35 Click & Clean Bosch GKS12V-26 (GKS10,8V-LI)
Description
Da am Originalabsaugadapter der Bosch Professional Kreissäge GKS12V-26 (GKS10,8V-Li) immer ein Adapter für C35/Click & Clean aufgesetzt werden muss, habe ich einen Adapter mit C35-/Click & Clean-Anschluß konstruiert. Außerdem habe ich den Adapter noch etwas um das Sägeblatt geführt, somit wird meiner Meinung nach besser abgesaugt. Um den Absaugadapter zu befestigen wird eine Schraube M5x8mm Din912 (Innensechskant) benötigt, da die Bohrung nur 6mm tief eingelassen ist. Es sind 2 Files/Versionen hochgeladen: - einmal mit 4,2mm Bohrung um ein Gewinde in das Material zu schneiden - einmal mit 5,8mm Bohrung um eine Gewindebuchse M5x5x6 (durch Hitze) einzusetzen Die GKS sollte mit montiertem Absaugadapter in die originale L-Boxx Einlage passen. Um den Absaugadapter zu montieren, die Säge auf 0mm Schnittiefe stellen, dann lässt sich der Abssaugadapter einschieben ohne das Sägeblatt herauszunehmen. Um das Sägeblatt beim Sägeblattwechsel leichter auszutauschen, auch auf 0mm Schnitttiefe stellen. Bitte beachten: Um diesen Absaugadapter zusammen mit dem Parallelanschlag für die Führungsschiene einzusetzen, muss am Parallelanschlag etwas Material entfern werden. Vielen Dank. ----- If you use the original suction adapter for the Bosch Professional circular saw GKS12V-26 (GKS10.8V-Li), you have to use an adapter to connect a C35/Click & Clean vacuum cleaner. So I designed an suction adapter with C35-/Click & Clean-Connection. Additionaly I extended the suction adapter, so it covers the cutting blade a bit more, in my opinion its cleaner that way. To fix the adapter on the saw, an M5x8mm Din912 (Hex-Bolt) has to be used, the depth of the hole to fix the adapter is only 6mm deep. There are 2 files/Versions online: - one with a 4,2mm fixing hole to cut a thread direct into the material - one with a 5,8mm hole to put a thread insert M5x5x6mm (with heat) inside The GKS should fit with the suction adapter mounted inside the original L-Boxx inlay. To mount the adapter on the GKS simply adjust the cutting depth to 0mm, so the adapter passes the cutting blade. Same when you change the cutting blade, adjust the cutting depth to 0mm an the blade passes the adapter. Note: to use this adapter with the parallel guide for the guide rail, you have to modify the parallel guide (some material has to be removed).
