End of Filament Switch for Raspberry Pi
Description
Getting crazy with your end of filament sensor which is a hassle to get the filament through. Want to add an external filament sensor for Octoprint or for multiple filaments. Here is the solution...easy to assemble. No screws, some glue or even on bad prints holds without glue. The filament doesn´t get scratched nor hard moving filament. The parts fit perfect. I´ve tried it on 2 3D printers. What do you need: 1x Microswitch (Winomo / Type: 10T85 (GSFY-10)) 2x Wires 2x Dupont plugs or similar (I´ve used some ESP8266 soldering connectors) How to use: Push the knob during feeding the filament and release it when it went through. All STL files can be modified. Feel free to do a nice remix on it. 08.11.2020: Update added screwable version: What you need... 2 x M3 nuts 2 x M3 screws I was somehow too optimistic that glue could win the fight against getting pressure from the filament...should be history now. 09.11.2020: Update added housing/mounting case: 0° and 20° housing to fix on the printer with a M3 screw All printable without any supports (see pictures)
