Prusa i3 double hotend X-carriage
Description
This is double e3dv6 hot-end for bowden type extruders. It has only one 30 mm fan for radiator cooling, which seems to be enough. Relative height of hot ends is not adjustable, so you better take two similar and assemble both in same way. Worked out fine for me. <p>As a carriage base I used a <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2514659"> Prusa I3 X-Carriage</a> by JackWaterfall which is well-designed.</p> Firmware supporting double extruders attached. It based on <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2846812"> Marlin 1.1.8 Stable Release for Sunhokey Prusa i3 (configs)</a> by Tau34RUS. You can find some detail on the link above. Some differences of Version attached: - no case light control supported because second heater pin is used obviously. - second extruder control pins are located at AUX2 zone (44 - direction, 59 - enable, 64 step pin. 66 is CS pin, but it's not used with a4988 drivers I have.) MKS gen-2Z v1.1 control board have two drivers for Z axis which are cannot be separately reassigned with software, so second extruder is controlled by external driver board. Power needed is 5V from separate pins and 12V which is taken directly from board power in. Planning to add cooling fan and inductive probe mounting.
