Case for RigExpert AA-30.Zero HF Antenna Analyzer
Description
This case is to protect the very excellent RigExpert AA-30.Zero HF Antenna Analyzer (0.06 to 30 MHz). It also mounts a Moyina FT232RL USB to TTL serial converter that works great with AntScope, AntScope2, and for flashing the AA-30.Zero firmware. I wanted a sturdy mount for the USB converter so that's why the well and the clamps to hold it in place. I sized the well to where it's a friction fit for the 27.0mm x 47.5mm Moyina circuit board. The clamps may still grab smaller ones and possibly some sanding may make larger ones fit. I removed the supplied header to just use wires and soldered connections since it was going in a case. I trimmed the switch nub down to ~1mm to add some clearance between it and the AA-30. Just a reminder - be sure it's set to 5 volts. Transparent filament lets you see the blinky lights on the AA-30.Zero. The USB converter circuit board clamps are held with M3x6 screws, and the case is held together with M3x12 screws.
