40mm Fan turbine cover with Dust Filter
Description
This is a turbine-like cover for 40mm fans. Unlike other designs I've seen, mine is not any wider than the normal fan, so if you have little space around the fan opening, for example with the hero me fan duct, you'll still be able to use this without any modifications. It also comes with a spacer which allows you to use a dust filter. This prevents your fan from blowing a ton of dust onto the hotend and heatsink, and is easy to clean, I just took a piece of mosquito net and sandwitched it between the cover and the spacer, ideally you should use something finer with smaller holes but that's what I had. If you don't want to use afilter you can just print the turbine and not the spacer. You will need longer screws, I'm using M3x20.
