Cura Profile 2.0.3.w (remix) for Crealty Ender 3 Pro. For difficult prints

This is a remix of the amazing version 2.0.3 Ultimate Ender 3 Cura Profile by Ender3Guy. That profile does everything well and is a great compromise between speed and accuracy. I use it as a base for most of my prints. This remix is for especially difficult prints, like printing the worm drive gear for the $3.47 3D Scanner by datac. People on that thread were reporting trouble printing that part, so here you go. By default this profile uses a raft for build plate adhesion, and no supports. note: If you're having trouble printing tall parts and your prints fail at roughly same level each time, it's probably a hardware issue, not a profile issue. Tighten the wheels on your Z axis tower by playing with the asymmetric bolt on the inside of the rightmost vertical piece. Check the other side too, then re-level your bed and try again. The wheels should be hard to rotate with your finger if they're the right tightness. This was important for me to successfully print the tall thin worm drive part.
