Lipo 20000mah Battery Backup Charging Case w/ MakerFocus 186 50 Charging Board

Description

Hi All, I recently found a tossed in the trash 20,000mah battery pack that wasn't functioning properly, but when I ran tests and used a separate lipo charger it functioned great so I decided to build a case for it and recycle the battery for personal use. I made this in TinkerCad so it took a few revisions and I ended up with a slightly thinner and a slightly thicker case. I prefer the thicker case, but thought I would provide both. This case was designed around the MakerFocus 186 50 Charging Board I found on Amazon here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07M836ZV3/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1 It is a great little board with QC. The only technical issue I was deciding between is how to make it work for such a wide battery with a button on one side and a lightning charger port on the other. Rather than solder on a wired button I decided to build a track with a plastic plunger that triggers the button. I used super glue to tack in the brackets above the pass through slot to keep it in place. You could use support on this, but I was impressed that it does not need it. I didn't see to many cases using this charging board so I thought I would share. Cheers! *NOTE* The draft files have a general spacing mock up of the charging board. I used that to provide proper spacing for pegs to attach screws as well as placement for holes and switch alignment. I hide most of that components (and grouped transparent holes) in the final thin and wide versions. Noting this in case you'd like to use that spacing for the board and not the case itself for other projects. I used a digital caliper to get all the spacing as close as possible. *NOTE*
