Notebook Disk Dividers
Description
Dividers for the notebook disk systems. Recommend printing in PETG because its more flexible but PLA will work fine. All edges are chamfered at 45 degrees for easier printing. If you are having problems with bed adhesion try painters tape with a layer of white glue or slow down the first layer to 50% speed. Fits standard "TUL" and "ARC" systems. The hole punches do not look like the standard "mushroom" punch because I redesigned them for easier printing. The "mushrooms" holes are difficult to print. This redesigned hole is interchangeable with the standard "mushroom" holes. Included a is a PDF file to print grid paper at 5mm spacing. Dimensons: "Divider.stl" 178mm x 235mm x 0.6mm not including tab (~ 7.0" x 9.25" x 1/32") Dimensons: "DividerS.stl" 146mm x 230mm x 0.6mm not including tab (~ 5.75" x 9.1" x 1/32") Recommended Print Settings Perimeters (Vertical Shells): 1 <-- speeds up print job Horizontal Shells (Top): 1 <-- pick an infill design like hilbert curve for better aesthetics Horizontal Shells (Bottom): 3 Layer Height: 0.15 <-- this will get you 4 layers for good adhesion or you can just do 100% infill for quick and dirty.
