Portafilter Cup for shake distribution
Description
Better distribution of coffe in the portafilter. This is a cup used for distributing the coffee in the portafilter after grinding. It has helped me alot by separating the coffee lumps into powder, and moving the coffee pile from the center of the portafilter to all over. It takes a bit of practice to shake the portafilter and have the coffee equally distributed in the basket, but when you get it, no more funnelling! In the beginning (if you have difficulties distributing it evenly) you can tap the side of the portafilter after shaking, just as you normally do. Even though you tap the portafilter afterwards the initial distribution is still better than the pile coming out of most grinders. Inspiration for the cup comes from Artisti Coffee Roasters on youtube, which tested the use of the cup vs normal distribution and had a better outcome.
