SKR 1.4 & TFT35 box
Description
This box is designed to be used in conjunction with the box i made to house the HRP-600-24. This box mounts on top of that one using mounts in the power supply. Access holes allow wires to be fed directly to the screw terminals. This box uses the power input, switch, switch board, and wire grommet that came with your Ender 5+. Mounts have been set up for the BTT SKR 1.4 Turbo board and the TFT35 3.0 screen. The fan duct is designed to fit over the board with 2208 uart with heat syncs and uses two 50mm fans to blow excess heat directly out of the case in an effort to minimize the heat on your board. I added access for two 50mm fans on the sides of the box to be used to pull heat out. I have not printed and tested this model yet, some changes may need to be made still. 6/5/20 update: I have printed the fan duct and test fit it over a bare board (no drivers installed yet). The inlet for the fans is really tight and only one screw hole lined up enough to use. i backed the mounts away from the inlet 0.2mm amd opened up the the width of the inlet 0.4mm, hopefully this will allow both mounts to line up with the fans and allow for easier installation. 7/21/20 update: I have printed the main portion of the box using a 0.6 nozzle at 55 mm/s and some of the details did not come out the best. Tree supports interfered with fan shroud on the left side and left the lower pieces looking bad. I also realized that the holes in the bottom needed moved around a little bit to line up with my HRP-600 box. 7/22/20 update: the original box design and fan duct do not allow enough room to compensate for heat syncs on top of the steppers, so I added 10mm height to a new fan duct file (tallduct) and opened up the exhaust ports in the box (SKR1.4 box (4)). for the time being I am just going to use a dremel to cut the exhaust ports on my box so that I can test out the new fan duct 7/21/21 - I have been using these for awhile now and everything seems to be going well. I used M3 bolts to hold the fans, board, and lid in place. I added a picture of my boxes mounted together as intended. It takes up significantly less space than the original metal box and is ideal for mounting outside of an enclosure 9/9/21 - added a version that is compatible with the TFT35 V3 screen. NOTE: The TFT35 mount is a slightly modified version of the model BigFunkyMan has posted. However, for my box it is all printed as one piece, only the front plate and sd card plate is removable.
